Working with Virtual Fork, an innovative Austin-based startup that serves as an Airbnb for commercial kitchens, I spearheaded the email marketing efforts to connect kitchen owners with customers seeking rental spaces. I developed and executed welcome series campaigns tailored for both commercial kitchens (hosts) and customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. By crafting personalized and engaging email content, I helped hosts showcase their kitchens and attract renters, while guiding customers through the process of finding the perfect culinary space. My work not only boosted engagement but also fostered a vibrant community of food entrepreneurs and kitchen owners.
